The Associations Board of Directors is excited to lead the community in a direction that focuses on transparency, communication, and a capital improvement plan that will provide a solid road map for the future.

Annual HOA Meeting & Special Meeting:
Date TBD but will be in the first week of November. We will vote on the following:
- Increasing association assessments to $650 annually ($25 increase to each payment cycle), beginning Jan. 1, 2027.
- Special Assessment of $500 for each member, to be assessed in 2027. This special assessment will generate $52,500 to fund critical infrastructure improvements.
